1.1 Collection via Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

The App uses Google Analytics 4 for usage analytics and may automatically collect user information. The information collected includes:

Screen views (which screens were viewed)
App launch history
Search queries (keywords searched)
Share actions (number of times content was shared)
Content selection (which codes or campaigns were clicked)
Anonymous UID (identifier not containing personal information)

1.2 Collection via Firebase Firestore

To provide app functionality, the following data is stored in the cloud:

User Profiles: Nickname, avatar type, avatar value, color settings
Invite Codes: Code content, target campaign ID, expiration date, visibility settings
Usage Reports: Whether the code worked or not, feedback on usage
Account Transfer: Transfer codes (temporary authentication tokens)
Report Information: Records of reports against inappropriate content

1.3 Device Authentication

To prevent unauthorized access and ensure security, the following device information is collected:

Device ID (to generate anonymous UID)
App ID ('SharePot')

2. Purpose of Personal Information Collection

The collected information is used for the following purposes:

Service Provision: To provide invite code posting, viewing, and search functionality
App Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve user experience
Fraud Prevention: To monitor one-post-per-day limits and unauthorized usage
Security: To prevent unauthorized account access via device authentication
Authentication: To perform user authentication via anonymous UID

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties. However, we use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policy:

4. Data Retention and Management

The collected data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service:

Invite Codes: Deleted after code expires or is deleted
User Profiles: Deleted within a reasonable period after account deletion
Transfer Codes: Automatically expire after 30 minutes and are deleted
Analytics Data: Follows Firebase Analytics retention policy (typically 26 months)

Uninstalling the App does not immediately delete your data. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us via the "Contact Us" section below.

5. Your Rights

You have the following rights:

Right to Access: The right to request access to your collected information
Right to Deletion: The right to request deletion of your information
Right to Limit Use: The right to limit or stop the use of your information
Right to Not Use: The right to delete your account and stop using the service at any time

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. The App does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, we will immediately delete that information. We are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the App. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
